Be creative, be passionate, and MOVE…
Join us to learn theater techniques that will allow you to become a powerful storyteller through movement.
It doesn’t matter if you see yourself as an actor, dancer, writer, director, or “none of the above.” Just show up at the Luminary Arts studio for a safe space where everyone will experiment, move, collaborate, take risks, and support one another while learning the craft behind the theatrical performance arts. You will explore improv and creatively collaborate as an ensemble.
Ultimately, together, we'll develop and create a story that you want to tell. Whatever message you want to give to the world, you can tell it powerfully through creative physical movement.
This workshop is available at NO COST with the support of Luminary Arts, the California Arts Council, and CoTA, a recipient of a California School Boards Association Golden Bell Award.
The collaboration is a community-wide approach towards creative teaching, critical thinking, collaboration, and inquiry-based learning.
